　　俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫在26日发布会上，谈及在香港立法维护国家安全是中国内部事务。

　　美国就这一问题对中国做出的表态尽管前所未有，但并不令人惊讶。

　　Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Hong Kong's governance is a domestic issue for China. The comment comes after the US National Security Advisor Robert O'Brian threatened sanctions on China, if it moves ahead with the proposed security law.
